Job Description:

Our client- a reputable, international oil and gas company is looking for results oriented Quality Control Inspectors, who also possess strong technical and communication skills.

Required Skills:

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be required to execute inspection plans, inspect manufacturing parts for quality, and reliability test plans.

Key responsibilities and duties:
Inspect parts for quality standards, including specialty items, threads, coatings, finishes and purchased goods
Select and calibrate tools and guages
Assist in design of tests and fixtures-- followed by setting up and executing tests
Review documentation received from suppliers (material specifications, drawings, test results etc) for compliance with procedures
Create records for all transactions
Requirements:        Minimum of two years experience working in quality control inspection is required
Qualifications :        CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) inspection knowledge is desireable
Effective at performing reptitive tasks while maintaining high concentration
Works with diligence, accuracy, and attention to detail
Good listening and communication skills
Ability to work in a team
Able to read draws and other technical documentation
Ability to understand Bill of Materials
Ability to read, write, and complete documentation
Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred
